Walk from here or ride the shuttle. We are located next to Baum-Walker Stadium. Across the street from the University gameday shuttle bus pickup & drop off point. This shuttle is free to the public.
YOU WILL NOT BE BLOCKED IN! We have single assigned spaces. We do NOT double-stack cars. We will never intentionally block someone in.
All spaces are reserved and held until your arrival. Please communicate with us if you are going to be a late arrival. We will begin releasing open spaces 30 Minutes before kickoff. SO PLEASE CALL 479.782.3486 IF YOU WILL BE LATE.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
1 - All spaces are reserved until 30 minutes before kickoff UNLESS YOU CALL 479.782.3486 (479-STADIUM) in advance and let us know you are still coming. We may contact you when it's within an hour or so of kickoff to confirm you are still coming.
2 - IF YOU WILL BE GIVING YOUR PASS TO SOMEONE ELSE, we must be notified in writing (email - [email protected]) to notify us who WILL BE using your pass.
3 - Because of the nature and demand of parking here on gameday, NO REFUNDS on parking spaces.
4 - No one is perfect. We reserve the right to make changes as we see fit and as needed.
5 - We will most likely ask you to BACK INTO the parking space. It is easier & safer to back into a space than it is to back out of a space. We will have a staff to help you and control traffic.
NOTICE: By parking a vehicle in this facility, the following terms and conditions are agreed to:
1 - Assumption of Risk: Parking in this facility is at the vehicle owner's sole risk. The owner assumes all risk of property loss or damage, including the vehicle itself, its contents, and any personal injury.
2 - No Bailment: This agreement does not create a bailment, and the parking facility (The Stadium Shoppe and/or The Quarters) does not assume custody, possession, or control of the vehicle or its contents. The parking facility is not responsible for guarding or securing the vehicle.
3 - Damage and Theft: The parking operator (The Stadium Shoppe, staff, ownership, employees OR The Quarters) and its agents are not responsible for vehicle damage, loss, or theft or their contents due to fire, theft, vandalism, collision, or any other cause, whether natural or man-made, occurring while parked in this facility.
4 - Compliance with Rules: All posted parking rules and regulations must be followed, including designated parking areas, time limits, and payment requirements. Failure to comply may result in penalties, fines, towing, or impoundment at the owner's expense.
5 - Emergency Situations: In an emergency requiring vehicle removal, the parking operator reserves the right to remove the vehicle by towing or other means at the owner's expense.
